Welcome to GensouGateway by Grep! The term "we" or "us" refers to GensouGateway by Grep. GensouGateway by Grep operates this store and website—including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and ordering services—to provide you with a curated shopping experience (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. GensouGateway by Grep reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its sole discretion, for any reason. An order is not accepted until GensouGateway by Grep confirms its acceptance. We must receive and process payment before an order is accepted.
Please carefully review your order details before submitting, as GensouGateway by Grep may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. Should we decline, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.
Purchases are eligible for return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that the purchased items are for your own personal or household use and are not intended for commercial resale or export.

Section 4 - Prices and Invoices
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service is the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be stated in the order confirmation email. Unless otherwise specified, listed prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs duties, or import fees.
Prices listed on the online store may differ from those offered at physical stores, the online store itself, or other stores operated by third-party services. We may occasionally offer promotions for services that could affect pricing and are subject to terms of use separate from these Terms. In the event of a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the terms of the promotion shall prevail.

You also agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers, and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that:

(ii) you have the legal authority to use said credit card for the purchase;
(iii) the charges incurred by you will be authorized by the credit card company; and
(iv) you will pay the charges incurred at the posted prices, including shipping costs, handling fees, and all applicable taxes.

We cannot be held liable for delays in shipping or delivery. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs procedures, or events beyond our control. Ownership and the risk of loss pass to you once we hand the goods over to the carrier.

Our Services (including, without limitation, all trademarks, brands, text, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, audio, and their design, selection, and arrangement) are owned by GensouGateway by Grep, its affiliates, or its licensors, and are protected by United States and foreign patent, copyright, and other intellectual property laws.

The names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans of GensouGateway by Grep are trademarks of GensouGateway by Grep or its affiliates or licensors. You may not use such trademarks without the prior written permission of GensouGateway by Grep. The names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans of Shopify are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product names, service names, designs, and slogans on this Service are trademarks of their respective owners.

You may be provided with access to third-party tools as part of the service; however, we do not monitor, control, or provide input into these tools.

GensouGateway by Grep is provided by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with our services. However, sales and purchases in your store are conducted directly by GensouGateway by Grep. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any aspect of the sale between you and GensouGateway by Grep, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from the purchased goods and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchase and transaction with GensouGateway by Grep.

Information you submit to the Service is transmitted to and shared with Shopify and third-party services located in countries other than your own in order to provide the Service to you. (b) Reproduce, duplicate, copy, extract, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Service.

(ii) not conceal or obfuscate the fact that access, use, or interaction originates from the Agent—for example, by mimicking human behavior or interaction patterns, or by completing or bypassing measures designed to distinguish humans from computer usage (such as CAPTCHAs);
(iii) respond truthfully to questions or prompts attempting to determine whether an interaction originates from a human or a computer; and
(iv) not circumvent or attempt to circumvent measures intended to block, limit, modify, or control whether and how the Agent accesses, uses, or interacts with the Service.

We may terminate this Agreement or your access to the Services (or any part thereof) at any time, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. In such an event, you remain liable for all outstanding amounts due up to the date of termination.

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of implied warranties or other guarantees, the above exclusions may not apply to you.

Section 17 - Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no case shall GensouGateway by Grep, our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, licensors, or Shopify and its affiliates be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or similar damages).We shall not be liable for any claims arising in any way from your use of the Service or products obtained through the Service—whether based on breach of contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise—including, without limitation, any loss or damage of any kind resulting from errors or omissions in any content, or from the use of the Service or any content (or products) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GensouGateway by Grep, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims—including reasonable attorney's fees—arising out of or related to
(1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents incorporated herein by reference,
(2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party service, or
(3) your access to and use of the Service.
We will notify you of any claim subject to indemnification; however, our failure to provide prompt notice will not relieve you of your obligations unless you suffer material prejudice as a result. We may control the defense and settlement of such claims at your expense, including the selection of counsel; provided, however, that we will not settle any claim requiring non-monetary obligations on your part without your consent (which shall not be unreasonably withheld). You agree to cooperate in the defense of any claim subject to indemnification, including by providing relevant documents.
