【Refund & Cancellation Policy】

Cancellations We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

Returns & Exchanges All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience. Please note: Items such as CDs, Doujin software, and digital media cannot be returned under any circumstances to prevent unauthorized copying.

Damages and issues (Defective or Incorrect Items) Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at gensou@grep-shop.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will evaluate the problem and make it right by arranging for a replacement or a refund. Due to high international shipping costs, we generally do not require you to physically return the defective item to Japan.

European Union 14-day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. However, sealed audio/video recordings, or software (such as Doujin CDs) which were unsealed after delivery are strictly exempt from this right. For eligible items, they must be in the exact same condition that you received them, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Refunds If a refund is approved for a defective/incorrect item, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at gensou@grep-shop.com.
